He is presently co-founder and partner of Bayleaf Capital and Managing Director of Lithium Consulting, which offers strategic consulting for early stage companies and SMEs focused on growth strategy, cash flow management and budgeting.

Steve was also a senior acquisitions specialist advising the Australian Federal government on their buy and hold portfolio in renewable energy, mining resources, manufacturing, retail and tourism sectors.
